- Kartra does not currently have the ability to block users from making purchases or receiving email communications based on their email address or IP.
- The user expressed their dissatisfaction with this response and requested the feature to be added.
- Kartra acknowledged the feedback and submitted a request to their development team to explore adding this functionality.
