Canadian company LQWD Technologies Corp. has acquired an additional 10 Bitcoin, bringing its total holdings to 181 Bitcoin valued at around $8.9 million.
The latest purchase was made at an average price of $109,240 per Bitcoin, in line with LQWD's strategy to accumulate Bitcoin and expand its Lightning Network Service Provider business.
LQWD Technologies remains debt-free and holds its Bitcoin reserves unencumbered, with approximately 737 Satoshis per share based on its current holdings and outstanding shares.
The company previously partnered with Amboss Technologies Inc. and committed 10 Bitcoin in liquidity to enhance Lightning Network liquidity services, contributing to Amboss's recent launch of Rails, a self-custodial Bitcoin yield platform.
