Circle Internet Group raises its IPO price range and aims for a valuation of up to US$7.2 billion.
The company plans to offer 32 million shares of Class A common stock, with an updated price range of US$27 to US$30 per share.
Circle intends to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “CRCL” and underwriters have the option to purchase additional shares.
ARK Investment Management shows interest in buying up to US$150 million worth of shares, and J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs are leading the offering.
