Cisco Systems Inc. has unveiled two new data center appliance lineups optimized for running AI models.The UCS C885A M8 series includes servers that can accommodate up to eight graphics processing units (GPUs), with options from Nvidia and AMD.Cisco also introduced AI PODs, large data center appliances combining Nvidia graphics cards with networking equipment and software tools.The new products aim to strengthen the security, compliance, and processing power of AI workloads.
