Bhanu Vohra, Citigroup Inc.’s India head of commercial banking, resigns after about two and a half decades with the bank.
Vohra, a managing director, had joined Citi in 2000 and worked in various roles including operations, transaction banking, and global markets.
Citi will announce Vohra’s successor soon, confirming his resignation. Vohra is currently on gardening leave and exploring other career opportunities.
Citi has restructured leadership roles in India this year with K Balasubramanian becoming CEO of India and Ashu Khullar now co-leading the global asset-managers team from London.
