Microsoft will make it easier for Windows 11 users to use classic Outlook without switching between apps.
The update will start rolling out in mid-May to address user frustration with the current switching process.
In mid-May 2025, users can minimize the new Outlook when returning to the classic version, and in June 2025, they can open the classic Outlook app directly without needing to use the toggle in the new Outlook.
Microsoft aims to complete the rollout by late July 2025, allowing users to choose their preferred Outlook version seamlessly.
