CoinZoom, a U.S.-based fintech platform, has secured a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license in Europe, enabling expansion of its crypto debit card services.
With the VASP license in Latvia, CoinZoom is authorized to offer digital asset services in the EU under MiCA-aligned regulations.
The company is pursuing a full Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license to enhance its compliant services across Europe, aiming to issue Visa debit cards for seamless crypto and USD spending.
CoinZoom's expansion into the EU responds to increasing demand for regulated crypto services and positions the platform for global growth as one of the few U.S.-based financial platforms holding both U.S. regulatory approvals and a European VASP license.
