Office Nomura-Sanko, designed by Ryo Kamamatsu of Note Architects, is a community-driven workspace in Tokyo.
The design incorporates traditional Japanese elements, such as the Engawa-like veranda and the Hangen garden, creating a link between the office and the city.
The office stands out with a silver Galvalume steel exterior, and a corner of the building is transformed into a gallery space, engaging the community.
The workspace focuses on creating an open and airy atmosphere, with polycarbonate skylights, large windows, and an open-riser staircase.
