This marks a 3% rise from the previous quarter. The IT sector leads with a 50% hiring outlook, followed by financials and real estate at 44%. Investments in AI and cost-saving measures by MNCs are driving job growth.
Regionally, the West shows the strongest hiring prospects at 43%. India's resilience, boosted by economic growth and gender equality progress, positions it as a global leader in employment outlook.
