Prague-based Waypoint AI raises €2.7 million in a pre-Seed round to expand its engineering office and deploy its AI customer support engineer.
The funding was led by 42Cap and Dreamcraft Ventures, with participation from other investors like Berkeley SkyDeck Fund and Lumiere AI Ventures.
Waypoint AI's AI Customer Support Engineer automates escalation management using large language models and their proprietary Escalation Intelligence Knowledge Graph.
The investment allows Waypoint AI to grow its engineering team and further develop its platform to meet customer demand.
