Radio frequency cyber-based, non-kinetic, non-jamming counter-drone takeover technology company D-Fend Solutions has entered into an agreement with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) under its Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) program.
The agreement focuses on conducting extensive evaluations of D-Fend Solutions' advanced counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) technologies in various Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) test beds.
The evaluations will be conducted at selected governmental airfields, commercial airports, and other facilities with the aim of gathering data on drones and evaluating the capabilities of the EnforceAir C-UAS system.
D-Fend Solutions views this partnership as an opportunity to advance its counter-drone technology in complex military and civil aviation environments and to meet evolving airport security demands.
