Delft-based Arceon has secured funding from Tenzing Alpha to develop advanced materials for extreme environments.
The investment will support the development of Arceon's Advanced Ceramic Matrix Composites (ArCMC) with unique properties such as extreme heat resistance and reduced corrosion levels.
Arceon's ArCMC materials are lighter than metal-based equivalents and can be used in satellite jet engines.
The funding will help Arceon expand its commercial capabilities and market reach under the guidance of Tenzing Alpha.
