<ul><li>Delhivery has announced the allotment of 8.6 lakh equity shares under its employee stock option plans.</li><li>The allotment consists of 1,21,545 shares under ESOP 2012, 3,50,000 shares under ESOP II 2020, and 3,92,100 shares under ESOP III 2020.</li><li>The total value of the new allotted shares is approximately INR 35.8 crore.</li><li>With this allotment, Delhivery's paid-up share capital has increased to INR 74,09,01,946.</li></ul>
