Belgium-based DEME has acquired Norwegian offshore wind infrastructure company Havfram in a €900M deal.
Havfram, established in 2021 by Sandbrook Capital and PSP Investments, is a top-tier operator of Wind Turbine Installation Vessels (WTIVs).
DEME is a global leader in offshore energy and marine engineering, with involvement in offshore wind, marine infrastructure, green hydrogen, and deep-sea mineral harvesting.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of April 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
