Users can now receive answers instantly by typing out their questions, improving user experience and efficiency.
The upgraded Intelligent Support not only provides full explanations but also suggests related topics for further details, with a significant positive feedback increase observed.
The feature is currently live for 15% of users and is a result of collaborative work across engineering, product, AI research, and customer-care teams to enhance service quality on Divar.
