<ul><li>DLF has signed a deal to sell its IT/ITeS Special Economic Zone (SEZ) park in Kolkata to Srijan Group.</li><li>The deal includes a freehold land parcel of 25.90 acres and the DLF Techno Park building with a gross leasable area of 10,54,357 square feet.</li><li>The agreed consideration for the sale is approximately ₹693 crore.</li><li>This is the second such deal for DLF, as it had previously sold its Kolkata Tech Park 1 project in November 2024.</li></ul>
