<ul><li>DRB-Hicom and Geely have signed MoUs with MIDA and MARii to develop the Automotive Hi-Tech Valley (AHTV) into a global automotive hub.</li><li>The collaboration aims to focus on next-generation vehicles (NxGV) and energy efficient vehicles (EEV).</li><li>Areas of cooperation include establishing a complete eco-system, enhancing capabilities of local suppliers, and developing local design expertise.</li><li>The collaboration also includes the development of an automotive talent training programme and national standards for automotive certification.</li></ul>
