Indian agritech startup Eeki has raised $7 million to scale up its pesticide-free vegetable farming operations nationwide with aeroponic innovation.
The funding led by Sixth Sense Ventures will be used to expand farm operations, strengthen R&D, and deploy advanced Gen 3 Growing Chambers.
Eeki’s focus on sustainable farming includes growing pesticide-free staple vegetables year-round on non-arable land with enhanced yield and reduced water usage.
The startup's introduction of aeroponics in their Gen 3 chambers is viewed as a significant advancement in precision agriculture, ensuring consistent vegetable growth independently of seasons and soil.
