Electric BMW M3 teased as quad-motor performance sedan
- BMW has released teaser images of the battery-powered iM3 super sedan, set to be released in 2028.
- The iM3 will feature a quad-motor battery-electric powertrain with over 746kW (1000hp) power.
- It will be based on the upcoming BMW i3 electric sedan and built on the Neue Klasse platform.
- In addition to the electric iM3, BMW will continue selling the combustion-powered M3 model.
