The National Labor Relations Board alleges that Elon Musk's X unlawfully fired an employee who publicly criticized the company's return-to-work policy.
The employee, Yao Yue, was terminated after attempting to organize fellow workers who were unhappy with Musk's changes to work requirements.
X is accused of interfering with employees' rights guaranteed under national labor law, and a hearing on the case is scheduled for January 30th in San Francisco.
