<ul><li>Embracer has confirmed the sale of Gearbox Entertainment to Take-Two Interactive for $460 million.</li><li>Take-Two acquires the main development side of Gearbox, including the studio in Texas, alongside Montreal and Quebec.</li><li>Take-Two fully acquires the Borderlands franchise, as well as Homeworld, Risk of Rain, Brothers in Arms, and Duke Nukem.</li><li>Embracer retains the publishing arm and various IPs assigned to the brand, while reducing debt and improving cash flow.</li></ul>
