Vocify Inc., also known as Vellum, raised $20 million in early-stage funding led by Leaders Fund, Socii Capital, and other investors to expand its product portfolio and grow in the market.
Vellum offers a platform that enables technical developers and non-technical employees to prototype AI applications using both visual user interface and code, aiming to streamline the process from prototype to production.
The company's platform provides infrastructure for hosting in the cloud or locally, supports development workflow orchestration, evaluation, testing, deployment, and monitoring after the application is deployed.
Vellum's collaborative environment allows different team members, including engineers, developers, product managers, and domain experts, to work together on AI applications, with big customers like Drata Inc., Swisscom AG, Redfin Corp., and Headspace already using the platform for various AI use cases.
