Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (EIEL) has won a ₹400 crore project from MIDC for pollution control of the Panchganga River, marking its entry into the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) space.
The project includes upgrading CETPs with advanced ZLD technology in three co-operative industrial estates in Kolhapur district: Ichalkaranji, Hatkanangale, and Yadrav.
Advanced wastewater treatment technologies like ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and Multiple Vapor Recompression (MVR) will be used in the project that needs to be completed in 24 months.
EIEL's Chairman, Sanjay Jain, stated that this project is a significant milestone for the company, expanding its presence in Maharashtra and demonstrating technical advancements in the environmental sector.
