Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) celebrates its 37th anniversary by sharing life lessons learned by age 37.
In reflecting on their experiences as entrepreneurs, members identified these seven key takeaways: cherish your health, practice kindness and connection, build the right team, appreciate adversity, focus on strategy, prioritize authenticity and self-reliance, and move forward with confidence.
Members emphasized the importance of maintaining both physical and mental health, sharing multiple insights into how entrepreneurs can support their well-being.
Many members learned the hard way that building a successful business requires more than one person’s entrepreneurial spirit, emphasizing the need for a strong and supportive team.
Members also shared insights into the power of kindness and connection in business, as well as the importance of authenticity and self-reliance.
Through their business successes and failures, members learned to appreciate adversity, to let go and allow others to make decisions, to focus on strategic thinking, and to move confidently forward.
As it enters its 38th year, EO will continue to support and empower entrepreneurs worldwide to fulfill their potential as leaders.
