The EPA has officially rated the fuel economy of the 1,064-hp Corvette ZR1, revealing it to have 12 MPG City and 18 MPG Highway for a combined 14 MPG.
Compared to other Corvette models, the ZR1's fuel economy numbers are not the greatest, leading to a $3000 gas guzzler tax. For instance, the Z06 has a combined 14 MPG rating, and the Stingray Z51 is the most fuel-efficient with a combined 19 MPG.
The government's FuelEconomy.gov website provides the fuel economy ratings for all four 2025 Corvette models, showcasing the differences in efficiency among these high-performance cars.
Unlike the 2023 Corvette Z06, the ZR1 does not have different ratings based on aero packages, with only one rating available on FuelEconomy.gov.
