EU tech founders have launched Project Europe, an initiative aimed at preventing the 'brain drain' of talent leaving for the US.The project is backed by a 10 million euro fund and will offer financial support of 200,000 euros to entrepreneurs aged 18-25 to build tech startups.More than 125 tech founders from the region, including those from Shopify, Klarna, and Delivery Hero, will act as mentors. While tech investment in Europe is on the rise, concerns over excessive regulation hindering growth remain.
