Failed pretty hard at my first startup: OpenAI CEO
- The CEO of OpenAI, Sam Altman, said that he "failed pretty hard" at his first startup and "it sucked".
- Altman tweeted, "I wish someone told me during the first one is that no one else thinks about your failures as much as you do, and that as long as don't psych yourself out you can try again."
- He co-founded his first startup, a location-based social networking app called Loopt, at the age of 19.
