A family photography business, Rolph and Co Photography, has been locked out of their social media accounts by Meta for over 13 weeks, resulting in an estimated loss of £10,000.
The couple, Gavin and Jenni Rolph, have been unable to access their Instagram account, which is crucial for their business, since March 6 due to alleged breaches of community guidelines.
Despite attempts to contact Meta multiple times a week and even resorting to legal actions, including paying £10 for Meta verified support, the couple has not been able to resolve the issue.
Gavin and Jenni, who have been running their business since 2018, feel ignored and devastated by the bans, as their livelihood is impacted with customers assuming their business has closed down.
