The FBI has seized a popular Nintendo Switch piracy site called Nsw2u as part of an ongoing investigation.
Nintendo has been actively combating piracy, with past actions including lawsuits against ROM-sharing sites and individuals streaming pirated games.
The seizure of Nsw2u was confirmed with a notice on the site, citing a warrant issued by a U.S. District Court in Georgia.
Nintendo's latest anti-piracy move involves the potential to brick Switch consoles running illegal emulators or pirated games, as included in the updated Nintendo Switch User Agreement.
