<ul><li>Finastra and IBM have collaborated to offer an enhanced cloud-based lending managed services offering called Lending Cloud Service (LCS).</li><li>LCS provides comprehensive and cost-effective services for Finastra's Corporate Lending solutions and is supported by IBM for Finastra clients in North America and Europe.</li><li>IBM is providing design and implementation for LCS using its generative AI platform called watsonx to efficiently manage the new platform.</li><li>LCS is delivered on Microsoft Azure and combines Finastra's financial services technology expertise with IBM's scalability and application management knowledge.</li></ul>
