Peter Fasolo, former chief human resources officer of Johnson & Johnson, has been named the new director of the Human Resources Policy Institute (HRPI) at Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
Fasolo, an accomplished HR professional, brings extensive experience and a strong academic background to the position.
HRPI, founded in 1981, focuses on supporting HR executives and bridging the gap between industry and academics in HR policy and practice.
Fasolo believes HRPI will play a crucial role in the transformative times ahead for HR, addressing key topics such as industrial transformation, C-suite transitions, employee expectations, and AI disruption.
