Former Oculus co-founder Nate Mitchell is joining Sesame, a smart glasses startup, along with former Oculus CEO Brendan Iribe and hardware architect Ryan Brown.
Mitchell will serve as Chief Product Officer at Sesame, working on bringing computers to life with a focus on AI assistant and lightweight smart glasses.
Sesame's smart glasses are designed for all-day wear, providing high-quality audio and an AI companion to observe the world alongside users.
Sesame, founded in 2023 and backed by former Oculus investors, raised $47.5 million in its recent Series A funding round for a total investment of over $57 million.
