FPIs Stay Net Sellers Of Indian Equities For Third Day

  • Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) remained net sellers of Indian equities for the third consecutive day, selling shares worth Rs 1,542.6 crore.
  • Domestic institutional investors, on the other hand, were net buyers, acquiring equities worth Rs 2,763.1 crore for the third straight session.
  • FPIs have purchased shares worth Rs 14,590 crore in June, with a total of Rs 19,860 crore in the previous month and have sold equities worth Rs 75,966 crore in 2025 so far.
  • India's benchmark indices closed lower on Wednesday, affected by HDFC Bank Ltd. and Larsen & Toubro Ltd. performance.
