<ul><li>French energy company Engie plans to wind down the entire EVBox group.</li><li>EVBox, a Dutch electric vehicle charging station business, has posted losses of €800M since the acquisition by Engie.</li><li>Engie received two takeover bids and decided to proceed with the proposal to take over EVTronic's operations.</li><li>EVBox's closure will affect employees and branches in the Netherlands, Germany, and the USA, with only around 30 jobs retained.</li></ul>
