Glastonbury fans who paid over £10,000 for glamping packages face missing the festival as the company they booked through has gone bust.
Yurtel, the firm providing the luxury festival experience, sent emails stating inability to fulfill future obligations after entering insolvency.
Customers were informed they need to pursue refunds through a third party as Yurtel cannot provide them; Tickets for the festival were not purchased as part of the packages.
Glastonbury expressed its lack of involvement in Yurtel's operations, advising affected customers to seek recompense through the liquidation process outlined by Yurtel.
