General Motors (GM) is partnering with Nvidia to develop next-generation cars, robots, and factories.
GM will utilize several of Nvidia's products including Omniverse 3D graphics platform, Nvidia's "AI brain" for autonomous driving, and AI training software for improving manufacturing operations.
GM will adopt Nvidia's in-car software products, such as the Drive AGX system-on-a-chip, to build next-gen vehicles with autonomous driving capabilities.
Nvidia aims to further expand its presence in the automotive industry, with its automotive business expected to bring in $5 billion this year.
