Former employees of The Good Glamm Group are still waiting for their pending dues, including salaries, gratuity payments, and experience letters, months after being laid off.
Existing employees have also been affected, with April salaries only partially paid and May and June salaries pending for many.
Several ex-employees have taken lower-paying jobs to survive while the company attempts to raise Rs 250–300 crore in fresh funding.
Good Glamm has sold assets like ScoopWhoop and Sirona at lower valuations, and is considering selling MissMalini Entertainment and Organic Harvest amid financial struggles.
