Nvidia has reportedly halted production of the AD106 GPU used in its GeForce RTX 4060 and 4060 Ti graphics cards.The company is freeing up production lines to focus on producing the new RTX 5000 GPUs, expected to launch in January 2025.Nvidia plans to release the flagship RTX 5090 GPU along with three other GPUs in the first quarter of 2025.The decision to halt production is aimed at increasing production capacity for the upcoming GPUs.
