Raj Vikramaditya, an engineer with Google, taught coding to his juniors in college in West Bengal.
He shared that the first benchers in his college class are now all software engineers working with Amazon.
The college, Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, was a tier-3 institution with limited placement opportunities.
The students formed a coding club and took matters into their own hands to excel, leading to some of the best placement records in the state and students securing jobs in top tech companies like Google, Amazon, Swiggy, JP Morgan, and Microsoft.
