Google is introducing new features for its Classroom software suite, including free Gemini AI tools and NotebookLM for users under 18.
Educators with a Google Workspace account will have access to a dedicated Gemini tab in Google Classroom, offering various tools to enhance teaching methods.
NotebookLM, a research and note-taking tool, will be available to users under 18 in the coming months, providing interactive study guides and podcast-style audio overviews.
Google is also launching new tools like Google Vids for generative AI video creation and Google Class Tools to help educators manage students' Chromebooks efficiently.
