- Google is switching legacy G Suite users to pooled Workspace storage.
- G Suite legacy free edition plan users will be switched to shared pooled storage starting May 1st.
- No action is required for the storage switch, and users cannot opt out of the transition.
- Storage limitations can still be set for each user within the G Suite account after the transition.
