Google has made its first investment in India's space-tech sector by leading a $36 million Series B funding round in Bengaluru-based startup Pixxel.This investment follows Google's commitment to invest $300 million in Indian startups, as announced by CEO Sundar Pichai at Google For India 2022.Google has previously invested in several Indian startups, including Freshworks, CommonFloor, Practo, CarDekho, Dunzo, DotPe, and Progcap.The investment in Pixxel marks another significant move by Google to support and nurture the Indian startup ecosystem.
