Google Maps can decode screenshots to help plan your next trip
- Google Maps on iPhone can now identify locations from your screenshots and add them to a list.
- Google Maps uses Gemini to extract relevant location information from the screenshots.
- The feature is currently available in the US for iPhone users and will soon be available for Android users.
- Apple may consider adding a similar feature to Apple Maps in future iOS updates.
