Google Maps is getting two key upgrades, for easier route planning and quicker access to Gemini AI
- Google Maps has made some upgrades to enhance route planning in the app.
- The route info panel now displays more details about parking availability and toll fees.
- Additionally, Google Maps has integrated quicker access to Gemini AI, allowing users to ask about places viewed on the map.
- The Gemini AI responses are displayed in an overlay on top of the screen.
