Google Photos partner sharing just became a lot less convenient
- Google Photos recently updated its partner sharing feature.
- The update prevents “photos from other apps” from being shared.
- It appears the feature is using metadata to filter out screenshots, downloads, and photos from third-party apps.
- Previously, any image in the Google Photos library could be shared.
