Prabhakar Raghavan, senior vice president at Google and head of Google Search, expressed concern over AI-powered chatbots potentially leading to "hallucination" and providing false answers.
Google's parent company Alphabet introduced Bard, its own chatbot, but it received criticism for providing inaccurate information in a promotional video.
Alphabet is still conducting user testing on Bard and has not yet indicated when it will be released to the public.
