Around 42% of employees surveyed plan to demand pay raises to cope with higher living costs, up from 35% last year.
Economic uncertainty has led to 46% of respondents reporting struggles in paying monthly bills.
Workers are seeking both higher pay and more meaning from their work, while factors such as purpose, company culture, and inclusion remain important to employee concerns.
Younger workers anticipate a positive impact from artificial intelligence (AI) on their careers in the next five years.
