The Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC) has launched a privacy inquiry against Grok AI for potential GDPR violations.The investigation is focused on whether Grok AI uses publicly accessible posts to train its AI models.In September, X (formerly named Grok) agreed to limit the use of Europeans' data for AI training after receiving multiple GDPR complaints.If found in breach of GDPR rules, X Internet Unlimited Company could face a fine of up to 4% of its annual turnover.
