<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="false"><li>Harsh V Trehan has been promoted to chief human resources officer (CHRO) and executive vice president-human resources at GSK India.</li><li>Having started his career in HR in 1999 at Bharat Petroleum, Trehan later joined GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare before moving to Compass Group India in 2013.</li><li>After returning to GSK in 2017 as people services lead, he has now been appointed CHRO and EVP-HR, India, based in Mumbai.</li><li>In his new role, Trehan will lead the HR function for GSK India’s pharmaceutical business, focusing on creating an inclusive culture and empowering employees.</li></ul>
