<ul><li>HCLTech has launched a new subsidiary, HCLTech Public Sector Solutions (PSS), aimed at driving AI-led digital transformation across government agencies in the United States.</li><li>The subsidiary will cater to state and local governments, education (SLED) organisations, as well as federal civilian and defence agencies.</li><li>HCLTech appointed three members to the PSS board of directors: Arjun Sethi, Raghu Raman Lakshmanan, and Jill Kouri.</li><li>HCLTech has also been selected as a Design Solution Partner under the Samsung Advanced Foundry Ecosystem program.</li></ul>
